How to Get Your Free Meter!

Select the monitor that will work best for you (after discussing the decision with your doctor)
Call the manufacturer as shown below or visit their website. Provide your name, address, phone number and offer codes displayed on the coupons below, the manufacturer will then ship your free meter* directly to you.
Or, use the voucher at a local pharmacy. A valid prescription for a new meter and test strips must be on file from your doctor to fill at a local pharmacy.

Your Free Meter Kit includes:

- Meter Device with batteries

- Lancing Device

- 10 Sterile Lancets

- Owner's Manual

- Carrying Case

* Test strips no included with meter kit.

If the new meter does not fit your needs medically, your doctor can submit a prior authorization to Atrio under the Providers section.
