Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans offers Medicare Advantage plans for Nevada in the counties of Douglas, Lyon, Storey, Washoe, and Carson City Counties. A Medicare beneficiary must live in the service area to be eligible for Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans.

Low Income Premium Subsidy
If you get extra help from Medicare to help pay for your Medicare prescription drug plan costs, your Saint Mary's ATRIO monthly plan premium and prescription drug copays will be lower than what it would be if you did not get extra help from Medicare. The amount of extra help you get will determine your total monthly plan premium and prescription drug copays as a member of our Plan.
